All team members are required to complete mandatory annual training, and we actively encourage continuous professional development to maintain high standards of care.
Training for PCAs includes:
Manual handling, basic life support, fire and emergency procedures, hand hygiene, and mandatory reporting (including elder abuse).
Training for nursing staff includes:
Infection control, occupational violence training, and advanced life support, along with all PCA-required modules. Healthcare Now does not allow staff to work if any mandatory training has expired. Our system keeps track of all certifications to ensure full compliance at all times.
All Healthcare Now staff are up-to-date with COVID-19 and influenza vaccinations, following government regulations. Team members cannot begin work without these, and any expired certifications result in automatic suspension.
Documentation of vaccination compliance is available upon request.
Our team is available every day of the year from 5:00 am to 11:00 pm.
You can contact us by calling:(03) 9948 0898 or emailing info@healthcarenow.com.au, and a member of our team will assist you promptly.
Not a traditional contract, but we do ask clients to sign a service agreement. This agreement safeguards our staff and intellectual property and clearly defines the responsibilities of both parties once a team member is engaged.
